CRUISE VESSEL ATTENDANCE
The founder of P.M.S. S.A., Mr. Markos Tripolitis has over 15 years of experience in technical management of the cruise vessels Ocean Majesty and Ocean Countess at Majestic International Cruises Inc. It was formed in the late 1990s with the purpose to establish a cruise line with medium size cruise vessels that would offer to potential niche market long-term charters, 3+ to 4 star quality vessels together with management and operational services of comparably high standards. As Technical Manager Mr. Tripolitis had under his supervision and responsibility the following vessels:
· CR/V OCEAN MAJESTY, (10400 GRT, with 274 staterooms) which was converted in 1992 in Greece from a ferry to a passenger vessel. The extensive conversion took place over two years under the supervision of Mr. Tripolitis who performed technical management of the vessel from 1992 to 2004.
· CR/V OCEAN EXPLORER I, (20000 GRT, with 406 staterooms) one of the last steam ships, refurbished in 1997 at Perama.
· CR/V OCEAN MONARCH, (15800 GRT, 231 staterooms) one of the two existing vessels with Doxford engines, repaired at Varna, Bulgaria.
· CR/V OCEAN COUNTESS, (17600 GRT, with 400 staterooms) was running for five years under the technical management of Mr. Tripolitis.
With all these years of concentrated experience in running, maintaining and refurbishing of the above vessels, P.M.S. can undertake great conversions, refurbishment and maintenance of Cruise vessels with access to all the required technical expertise.
